When you register for and play PLAY WITH MAJOR, we may collect:

• Details you provide: your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and your selected team.
• Gameplay data: your scores, number of attempts, timestamps and related game statistics.
• Technical data: device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and general usage data collected through standard web technologies.
• Winner verification data: for shortlisted participants and winners only, identity and contact-verification information needed to confirm and hand over a prize.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

1. Operate, administer and verify the Promotion and its leaderboard;
2. Register you and recognise your entries across the Promotion;
3. Detect, prevent and investigate fraud, cheating or misuse;
4. Contact shortlisted participants and winners and arrange prize handover;

6. Send you marketing communications about Major Developments projects, offers and events where you have given consent.

5. Service providers and sharing

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — leaderboard database, hosting and abuse-prevention (reCAPTCHA / App Check);
• Google — website analytics and tag management;
• Zapier — processing and routing of registration/lead data to our systems;
• Meta — advertising and campaign measurement.

Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses standard web technologies (including Google Tag Manager, analytics and Google reCAPTCHA) to operate the game, measure performance and protect against automated abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to run the Promotion, select and verify winners, meet legal obligations, and — where you have consented — for marketing until you opt out. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
